More from The Line...

I returned to Shangri-la Hotel's The Line for our annual department lunch :) Instead of the usual Christmas lunch at a hotel ballroom, we had a choice of restaurant this year. What better than a cool looking restaurant set in a lush environment? The buffet lunch costs $43+++ and did not differ too much from the dinner options. My only peeve was that the juicy lobster was missing!! Still, the sugar high and choco rich desserts ended the meal on a sweet note ;)

My lab group occupied a spacious corner in the orange and white hued restaurant.

A very special day for Nadiah and Sharin! It was a lovely time of celebration for my dearest friend, Nadiah, who was clad resplendently in the Indonesian and western wedding gowns. One of the best parts of a wedding is where everyone whom you love come together to give their blessings and this wedding certainly had plenty of that :D
